Take the box and a copy of your bill with you to the store.
Screenshot your bill and the one that's acting up. Return to store, or call them and have it picked up. A rate may be applied to have it picked up.
Just take the box to them and let them know about the problem. Good idea to take some proof of your account number, just in case.
