Alvin might be the worst customer service person employed by the US Govt, and that says alot. Guy showed up late for our passport appt. that we had to pull two kids out of school for and take off work, then proceeded to tell us that we needed to reschedule and wouldn't flinch on being reasoned with over the course of the events. Go anywhere else if that guy is still employeed.

THE BLACK TALL GUY IS BEHAVING SO RUDELY..!! I THINK SO, That man should resign..!! When I went there today, the man told me to Go outside with your package until your Zerox done , He also do not accepting my package but when i go with the lady She is accepting my package .. i don’t want to give Even 1 STAR rating but i give 1 STAR because of the Lady is so good and She’s Helpful..!!

Very disappointing experience on September 8th and September 9th with the passport appointments with my kids. The service was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Without going into details, I felt like an intruder and very uncomfortable.

I called the number on the bottom of the receipt to share my terrible experience and hoping they can replace the team. The previous negative reviews are so true. Why doesn't Alvin find a job that he actually enjoys. He acts like he owns the place. He must be miserable to treat people with disrespect. I hope he gets treated this way anywhere he goes.

Anyone consider that it was 25 degrees below zero in illinois? If you didn't need to leave and go out just to start your car, would you spend endless hours out in that temp? Why risk dying in that weather? When does common sense enter your thought processes to even ask why YOU didn't get mail Think about the carriers. Your bills will certainly arrive and still be due .cindy, you said you were expecting an acceptance letter. Accept that getting into a good college does not require common sense, empathy, or acceptance of others. My acceptance comes every day when I accept that ' you can't fix stupid'. Get over yourself. If a college accepts you, you will need to learn tolerance for things you have no control over, and learn to adapt to life's changes. Not the other way around.
