Can you help me with a remote that is no longer working on our older Sony TV. Volume works but can no longer change channels. ( Our service is, of course, with Xfinity) I did try changing the batteries.

He has a good Idea ,I had them come to my home and it tookthe technician 4 regular new remotes to get it to work I don't have a voice activated remote. But the other ones r horrible

Just going to the store ask for their new voice command remote. The remote basically scans itself should have no problem picking up your TV
