If it's too bad they will go slower or stay docked but will still be open. Its nice and warm inside. I would recommend that you purchase a groupon or living social deal to save money. You can find parking for 11 dollars, 10 min walk or at navy pier , still a 5 min walk. If women are going to wear heals , i would recommend they carry a pair of sneakers with them in a gift bag.
I'm not sure if the Odyssey is in Business for December. I would check out Groupon for a better price deal. The dress code is semi-casual. Parking at Navy Pier can cost you around $30.00.
