YES they are. they're kill rate is under ten percent which qualifies them as a no kill. this is do to new foster animal and barn cat programs to ensure all the animal get what they need.
Where are you getting this information from??? last I heard they sadly are a kill shelter but I am sure they call it something else
No such thing as a no-kill shelter. It just means they stop accepting animals which means they go elsewhere and some other group has to be the bad guy. The only things that can help these animals are adopting and stopping greedy breeding. Just facts.
