Hi Heather, Without seeing the piano, it is difficult to determine the value. It is a little bit like appraising a car, we need to get under the hood and see how everything looks to get an accurate appraisal. As far as tuning goes, that is not a service that we offer, however we do have a list of tuners that we recommend. Mid-America provides a POC. Also, check with churches and schools for they need tuners as well.
