I have been a customer for almost twenty years at extra space storage and it’s predecessors at the location of 12015 Flatlands Avenue. The staff have been professional and polite consistently throughout the business relationship. I love that they will give a courtesy call to remind that payment is due before a late charge is applied. I suggest you use the plastic water-proof containers to protect your items from pest. Avoid using a storage facility if you can; if you need the service, this is a good facility. Great church across the street…Christian Cultural Center.

It's such a hot day but I have to say the staff on duty today Aisha, Stacy, and Jean really have a great attitude regardless of the heat. They should be commended for their fun spirit even though they don't have a A/C. Treat them right!

Aisha was wonderful! She had such a great vibe and spirit. She accommodated me when I needed to transfer to a larger unit. The facility was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to my family and friends back in New York.

The entire staff at the Flatlands Ave. (Brooklyn) location are solutions-oriented, timely, friendly and helpful. The only downsides to this location are the elevator (which gave minor problems at times) and the hours (which I wish were later). But great experience overall! My items were safe & damage free after over a year in storage.
