We can accept gas grills as scrap metal (fuel must be removed), and we can accept plastic chairs that are #2 rigid plastic (most plastic lawn chairs are #2 plastic!). In terms of the umbrella, if the post/body of it is at least 50% metal, we can accept that part of it. If the outdoor umbrella is still in usable shape, we always suggest seeing if someplace like ReSource or a local thrift store would take it for reuse!
