Yes they can and when you take them put them in the Cables and Wires Box

Christmas lights can be brought to the CHaRM at 6400 Arapahoe Road, and will be recycled as scrap metal!! We have a box for cables and wires at the CHaRM, and that's where they would go once you get here.
