Pearl Street Eye

I have been attempting to contact anyone that works at this office for days. Seems like another practice is using their space, and whether you call/show up in person they claim that “Pearl Street Eye” only operates a couple days a month? I very much need to speak to someone here… I have never had an issue like this with an optometrist before.

Dr Ruth was great. Very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. Surgery went great and I’m doing awesome.

Awful. Currently filing a complaint against them with the state board of optometrists.

The staff at this office are exceptional. Everyone is nice, friendly and helpful and it's always a pleasant experience.
