Four stars because there's always a seasonal sale or discount coupon available...so the savings are great for holiday themed activities and crafts. I appreciate that over the last decade there are many more planet friendly materials available. That said, I hope they can do better for the planet and not sell so much disposable single use stuff. The store employees are great, knowledgeable and friendly, even when they are understaffed.

This place seems understaffed. Management gives the impression that they are unwilling to help when department employees are on break or unavailable. I hope the people who work here are getting paid enough. 🤦🏻‍♀️ On more than one occasion I have had to sit and wait for over half an hour to get assistance with specific services. Really frustrating! Next time I’ll pay the premium somewhere else.
