Didn’t provide lots of toilet paper and the bathrooms smelled like rotten old milk carts of cheese, bad customer service since they didn’t provide lots of toilet paper since I had diarrhea

I think so. Just stay off the dirt jumps and slopestyle courses.
They don't close, only temporary closings for weather and to dry out the trails. Check their Facebook page for latest updates.
No way, park on airport road
Yes, the bike park is open today.
Yes, there is a small track for the little ones, you could manage training wheels around it.
There is a bike shop (Fix bike shop) next to the park that has bike rentals not sure for fishing equipment.
There is also a Homewood Suites off of Valmont 1 blocked east of Highwat 157 ...turn North on Center Green, you'll see the buildings that look like townhouses.
