Wont properly handle shoplifters. People keep shoplifting because you never have anyone on dispatch and always direct us to your online reporting system which is garbage.

Gave us a parking ticket at 10am Tuesday morning while we were eating breakfast because we were 10 minutes over the time we purchased. They have nothing better to do than give law abiding citizens parking tickets on pearl st.

Watching a documentary as well... The police are refusing to hand over DNA from their archives so it can be tested to prove who the person was....just appalling behaviour from this police dept...I live in Australia and most of Australia will have watched this documentary and feeling the same as I do....
How come they refuse to perform DNA analysis for Jon Benet? Because they blundered this case so spectacularly that it would demonstrate what inept, brain-dead, and corrupt dredges of society we have working for the Boulder Police.
