First I want to say Mary is great a deserves 5 starts. But I was told by 3 different people at the front that there was a note on my account that insurance was fully covering every session as needed. The last guy I spoke to said it’s common for insurances to cover a certain number of sessions and according to the info on my account, I had unlimited. I just received a bill for $400. I should have called to confirm this with my insurance but I’m a collage student and this was my first time handling this myself. Regardless, they shouldn’t be giving out inaccurate information. Then I talked to billing and the woman was very nice but ultimately said there is nothing they can do. I would never have gone or continued going if I was aware of the cost.

They NEVER answer their phone! Whether you are a new patient or a returning patient, it goes to two different voicemails forcing you to leave a message. Their outgoing message says they “get a high volume of messages and will be returned in the order received”. Yet I’ve left more than one message and have never gotten a return call. How is this efficient for them or the patients. HIRE A PERSON TO ANSWER THE PHONE SO YOU QUIT WASTING EVERYONE’S TIME!
