I don’t know how can this store go above one star. I went to check the car and the two young men were extremely arrogant, as if they do not have to worry about selling their car. The other two Asian sakes were way more friendly compared with these two jerks. I then visited Irvine store and the service attitude was so good! I was told by two other customers who had the same experiences and told that Brea store had a bad reputation/notorious for customer services. I hope that Tesla headquarter can give these two jerks trainings.

I still did not pick up my car after almost 7 months, the sales named Mark just disappear after I order from him. I can not contact any sales to help me.

Rising the RED FLAGS!!! I would never go to this place!!! 1) Too PUSHY on the $250 deposit without answering all the questions. “ Never do HARD sell” No No No! 2) As a TESLA shareholder, I strong recommend your sale training level needs to be improved! It was so LOW!! You still need to be polite even you couldn’t get sales close on the day! Eventually it will be yours as far as you are doing the right things! KEEP CALM young man!!! The salesman Sam was rude on the end, by saying “JUST GO” to my son! Are Tesla training your salesperson like this??? 4) Never change your customer’s reservation!! A salesperson called me to change my test drive appointment. I have my regular errands to do. It is a interruption.

They always welcome walk-ins but you may not have availability for test drives at that time. The appointment would guarantee a time slot for test drives.

Touchless test drives, face masks required in showroom, hand sanitizer readily available.
They did not when I was there 2 weeks ago but had one on the floor to check out. If you want to actually get in the Y, you'll need an appointment.
