It takes way to long to get my truck fixed, I am a plumbing contractor here in Costa Mesa. I can't make a living without my truck fixed..Three weeks is way to long to not be able to make a living and pay my bills, not only that but I had an appointment set up for over a month and then they canceled my appointment to take care of the repairs caused by thieves who damaged my truck. I was told they are behind in repairing other trucks so I will have to wait longer now. They need another location to help in the process of repairs to be able to take care of their customers needs. The long wait times are ridiculous.

I am a contractor and looking for a new truck. I called here looking to buy a used truck. They do not actually sell the trucks here just the parts but everyone was so helpful and gave me such great suggestions I thought I would throw them a little love. Five stars for being so friendly and having such a great attitude.

Bought new service body sent in for broken welds and rust issue they had it for4 weeks got it back missing shelfs rust spots not fixed lots of new welds not painted will be rusting very soon touch up paint did not match looked like fixed with rattle can dripps of paint on my bumper very disapointed. Do not by Harbor truck beds....

I have a harbor utility bed i needed a new tailgate for and a rack.I contacted the parts department spoke to Chris he asked for the serial number and model number and my email which i provided said he would send me a quote i never received it contacted him three more times to get this quote i needed to no avail contacted him this morning and hes got an attitude like im bothering him. He was rude unhelpful and unprofessional this guy sucks at his job.
