Such a great place on a Saturday afternoon to "people watch" and stroll through some unique retail shops. And on a football Saturday for CU at home, it's even more interesting with many more people including out of towners. Unique street performers including local musical groups.

Fun place as always. Definitely changed over the past few years. Always get to see something new, especially from the street performers.

Yes. Free on weekends in the city garages and street parking is free on Sunday.
True service animals only are allowed on the pedestrian mall of pearl st. There is a strict no pets policy on the pedestrian mall.
It depends on the place and day, some non food places close around 5, some stay open later. There is no set time for things to close on pearl.
As far as I know, it does not close. This because it is along all of 16th street. Restaurants, bars, and stores all along 16th street. There is a bus that runs along the mall and it's free.
Best pudding I’ve ever had
Stay warm in Florida
They usually open at around 11am
Park at the 15th st lot, it's a block east from the start of the pedestrian mall.
Go to Union Station, take a bus to Boulder station. Pearl Street is one block north of the bus station.
There is a Jewish festival on June 2nd and Band on the Brinks June 5th.
Yes, it is real pretty!
I'm not sure about age restrictions, but I know that performing/busking does not require a permit unless you are selling a product, or if your show would require performers insurance. I know one magician who would come out with one or both of his parents. He was only 12 and performed on Pearl Street legally.
No those store are not there.
You have to apply for and get an approved permit from the City
It depends on the day. If it is super frosty and snowy, probabbly not. If it is high 50s, low 60s like it has been this season, then yes. It also depends on the type of performer you want to see: the musicians, the juggling stunts, the painters, etc. They each perform according to rheir personal scheduled too, so no two are going to be the same. That is the beauty of pearl-everyone is free to do as they please, and it adds an element of excitement to the mall
