Could you make it anymore difficult to buy a $15 pair of headphones? Because it took 6 cycles of the call button to get someone to unlock the case, then I waited for another 20 minutes at the service desk before I left to buy them somewhere else.

They were probably too busy checking security footage for those darn shoplifting seniors. Amazon has better options and free returns if you need.
