Smaller shop, I didn't see any classroom. I wasn't greeted, but it was obvious that was because I wasn't a local to the store. When another customer entered that the store owner clearly knew, the owner carried on about new fabrics she got in, but wouldn't usher a hello to me. I was bummed too, because I was clearly there for a Pretty Woman moment. She did have a ton of Ruby Star. But very little other boutiques. The new Tula wasn't out and I didn't see hardly any quilting rulers.

I LOVE shopping at Stitches. As a woman in her 30s who took up quilting during the pandemic, I find this shop to have some of the best modern and fun fabrics, notions, and kits. I have NEVER walked out empty-handed and I always love to chat with the owner whenever I stop in. I'm so thankful that such a fabulous business exists so close to home and I look forward to giving Stitches my business for as long as they're around (fingers crossed thats forever).

The owner is passive aggressive, and lies to your face. she allows her favorite customers to dictate who is allowed in the store. The classes that were ”postponed ” due to covid have never been rescheduled or credited back to customers. The store has had several reward programs, but after about 6 months the program will change, and the rewards accumulated will not be transferred over. This store used to be great, but with the owner, and the now limited selection I order online
