I'm now entering my 7th year as a Colorado Real Estate Agent and as an independent business owner I can confidently say that Coach Sean was and is an integral part of the success I've achieved! I still have items from Coach Sean stuck to the wall of my home office to inspire me and narrow my focus on what really matters to me and my business! I highly recommend you reach out to Coach Sean to see how he can help you and your business too!

I have known Coach Sean for many years (I taught his son in elementary school and remain Facebook Friends with his wife). I haven't worked with him as a coaching client until now. I set up a phone consultation and planned on talking briefly about my future in coaching. I walked away from our 1 hour conversation with clarity and understanding about my next steps that far exceeded my expectations! Sean is passionate about what he does and his enthusiasm is contagious! He took his time, asked questions to help guide my thinking and left me with a renewed excitement about where I'm headed and the possibilities that await me. Sean is not only a life coach. He is also a devoted husband and father. He is living his best life and it shows! If you are looking to improve your life professionally or personally, I would highly recommend Coach Sean!

When I chose to invest in six months of coaching with Sean, I had no idea we were on the cusp of a global pandemic that would bring unprecedented challenges to the whole world. I wanted to increase leads and revenue for my custom suit business, but people were barely changing out of their pajamas. On a personal level, I was also struggling with losing my "alone time" to work on my business and had to get used to my whole family being home with me all the time. HOWEVER! - the coaching sessions with Sean were possibly the only thing that kept me from giving up on my business in the height of the shutdown. He encouraged me to focus on the things I could control, like web site and social media content, and other things I wouldn't have time for in a normal springtime. In addition to practical help with these things, Sean was an empathetic listening ear. He's a fellow business owner who walks his talk - and he's also a trustworthy friend. He was simultaneously able to relate to my problems and snap me out of my pity parties with good humor and frank questions. As a result, while April was a month of zeroes for my business, the three months after that were a true bounceback that probably wouldn't have happened if I hadn't been fine-tuning my SEO and adding content to my web site. I have gained many new clients from Google search, which was one of my primary goals. So it turns out that hiring Sean on the verge of a global crisis was an excellent move for the year 2020. I highly recommend his services!

Questions & Answers

Do you only work with local businesses or only Colorado businesses? How far will you travel?

The truth is our clients are from all across the USA, Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean. Majority of our clients are not local to the Loveland/ Northern Colorado area. As much as we love to meet with clients face to face, we find that it just isn't practical. Obviously, our training and speaking are offered in a live setting and for those we travel all over the world.

What is the difference between coaching and consulting?

The quick coaching answer/analogy is the "give a man a fish vs teaching him how to fish" story. A consultant offers information, advice, and usually an answer or a single strategy. Typically business consultants are responsible for improving operations by assessing weaknesses and recommending business solutions. Coaching is about empowering and growing the person, the business owner, and/ or growing and developing the team. Coaching helps you to identify goals that align your highest potential, create a plan to achieve those goals, discover any psychological self-sabotaging affecting your business, and hold you accountable for achieving goals. While your coach might offer you insight and advice, the primary purpose of coaching is to empower YOU to learn how to create the business of your dreams. Our clients typically report that they especially like the feedback and perspective our coaches provide to help the clients see multiple points of view.
