Beautiful spot, too bad I needed my tire changed. Staff is slow, unhelpful, and apparently 2 cars ahead of you (1 being an oil change) is a 3.5 hour wait. Today I learned not to go to the Walmart Auto Centers in Loveland.

So I came to this Tire and Lube Center for an oil change and a flat tire repair for my car because Big O Tires was being rude. Nonetheless, the Service Manager, Rob, told me that it actually was not a flat at all and the tire rim was not able to hold a seal. I was frustrated with my own crummy driving skills and causing that damage. I told him I would purchase the rim and bring it back for mounting. Jeffrey was the nice technician that did my oil change very quickly and efficiently, I might add, and he was so cordial. When I came back to get the tire the rim swapped for the new one, everyone (Everett, Julian, Mason, Thomas, and Zach) was friendly, helpful, and thorough with the work they do. I will not my vehicle anywhere else for an oil change or tire service. Thanks!

Very fast and friendly ...
