Management here is awful. Offices full of people wasting time, making off color jokes and overall wasted dollars on obsolete jobs/people. I've watched countless managers watch YouTube videos while on the clock then harass hourly employees who work hard if they don't get all 40 hours in. There are a lot of other organizations that could benefit from your donations and or volunteering.
