At 4:00 Saturday I discovered I had a flat and even though you closed at 5 for the weekend and my tire was under warranty the young man who answered the phone encouraged me to come over and said he'd have it fixed by five. Grant helped me when I got there and told me it wasn't safely fixable, looked up all the info and had me out of there by 5:30 with new tires and a smile. So impressed with your staff!

Shocked to find out that there was no cost to change out snow tires that I had bought there! (It's not that way at les schwab.) Made an online appointment and they stayed pretty close to schedule.

I needed a flat repaired on a tire with just under 30k and got the hard sell on how I needed to replace the tires. The hard sale continued even after I asked them to stop and just repair the tire. I will not be returning since the tires are just fine.

Yesterday when I called they told me I didn't need an appointment. When I went in they asked me if I had one and I told them, "no, someone just told me to come in." The guy said lets go take a look at your car. All I needed was a tire pressure check and a rotation. Usually, they walk around my car, looking at the tires. He told me to get them checked where they check them. I told him it was fine because I can check them myself. Just the lack of concern for my safety was it for me. I could've had a screw or something in my tire, but I felt like I didn't matter. I drove all the way to Greeley to M & O tires and they got me in right away, treated me with respect, actually cared, and it was no charge. I will not be going to this store because of the lack of customer service. You should train your employees better...especially the young ones about respect and empathy.
