Zero issues, reliably fast speeds, and the money stays local. Keep it up!

This is a trash product. Internet works well. TV is garbage and the modem and remotes have to constantly be re-paired. Then it doesn’t even work and you have to factory reset every thing. Really underwhelming product. I went 2 years with xfinity and had zero issues with the equipment. I’ve had this service for a few months and have had issues every couple weeks.

It is fast and reliable. What sre you waiting for ?

Never a worry -- it always works, it's always fast, and the promo price is never going to expire.

Hi Nancy, You can watch PulseTV with a set-top box (similar to a traditional cable box), through our PulseTV app (similar to Netflix or Hulu), or on a web browser. That means you can stream TV content through almost any television or device! Check out our channel lineup and TV packages at www.LovelandPulse.com/channellineup and more info about PulseTV at www.LovelandPulse.com/TV. We're happy to answer specific questions at 970-541-4990, and we also have a TV set up at our office to show customers how it works!
Thank you for your enthusiasm! We try to let everyone know when service is available with mailed letters and by hanging door tags on every home, but the *best* way to get notified ASAP is to fill out our Early Interest form at www.LovelandPulse.com/EarlyInterest We do want you to have a heads up that it usually takes 6-9 months from when you first see construction starting on your street to when Pulse service is available. You can also check our rollout map at www.LovelandPulse.com/map We look forward to serving you soon!
Hi Jacob, Your area is still Under Construction (although we are serving the "SE" corner of that intersection: east side of Crabapple, south side of W 50th St). We can't give an exact date of when Pulse will be available for the rest of that area, but typically construction lasts 6-9 months. Our boring team places the orange conduit and then it can take a few months for the actual fiber to be pulled through and the ends of the orange conduit to be buried. You can check the status of any areas on our network construction map at www.LovelandPulse.com/map. I hope this helps!
Hi Gary, Can you let our Tech Support team know about this? They can troubleshoot with you and will know how to make sure the signal covers your home. They're available 24 hours a day at 970-744-4226. Thank you!
Yes, we are on schedule for service to be available starting in late 2021 for Lago Vista and mid-year 2022 for the Big Thompson Canyon. This is in thanks to the $737,000 grant that Thompson School District was awarded from the Connecting Colorado Students Grant.
Hi Kathy, Thank you for contacting us and giving us the opportunity to work on a solution! When you have a moment, could you please contact our Construction & Yard Restoration hotline to give them your exact location/the location in need of attention? The number is: 970-962-2011 - please select option 2. Our team will be able to open a ticket and get a plan in place to work on a repair. Thank you again for reaching out! Best regards, The Pulse Team
