I was reaching out to lease an apartment as one is available. It's been days no contact, so I started reading reviews. There's not one that offers encouragement in renting here.

The new management is superior to anything I've known before. Ms. Barb is the most sweetest accommodating manager you'll ever meet. If you enjoy monthly get togethers , enjoying good food, drinks,, meeting your neighbors, you may in other places may never meet. The place feels like home. She's quick to resolve any problems or issues.

Great location and nice apartment gym but I would not rent there again. The office is closed often due to staffing issues, and the company that owns the property seems unwilling to spend the money to keep some important items functioning. For instance, the parking gates are often broken, the trash compactor was down for months, fire doors were malfunctioning daily for weeks at a time, and the elevators were not reliable. Maintenance seemed to be a good team, but the rest of the staff was hard to get on the phone or in person. I recommend that the company hire additional staff to keep the office open during the normal office hours and spend money on some of the big items that are breaking down on site. Better and newer apartments are across the river for the same or less money.
