Trying to schedule a package delivery on their website, which doesn't even work. Tried calling customer support and the agent deliberately lied to me just to get me off the phone.

New driver honking excessively. No phone number support and cannot talk to a live agent. 25 honks or more a day and sometimes multiple times a day. UPS is incredibly unprofessional in their ability to take feedback and that they think it’s ok to show up in apartment communities honking 20+ times a day interrupting and breaking peace for hundreds of people a day. STOP with the honking and I’ll take this review down.

EVERY single time I order something that comes to me by means of UPS, my packages are late. Tracking will show I am supposed to get a package on a certain date, but suddenly, the package won't be delivered until the following day or the delivery time hasn't been updated. Nothing ever shows up on time, but at least when I do get the package, it's delivered to the right apartment number. That's better than Uber Eats, but still...why is it so hard to deliver packages on time?

It depends on when you changed the delivery! Before it arrived at the local UPS site or after? If after, then it was scanned as to be deliver at the original location.
Hi Sonya you have two choices you can go to UPS which is at 400 West 69th street or you can call 1 800 pick ups and give them your tracking number and I'll track it again with a little finer tracking system UPS is open at 11:30 till 5 I think
The office is open 11:30am- 5:30pm on week days. I'd call them at 800- 742-5877 & ask. It would probably be a next day pick up IF they even offer that service, since they'd have to coordinate the pick up with a delivery driver's route. If they don't offer that service, the center is just off 287, North of Wal-Mart in Loveland, & there is a UPS hub in town as well.
Had a truck carrying airs break down on Tuesday. Wednesday was holiday. Should have been delivered on Thursday. Suggest you call 1800pickups. Be sure to give them your tracking number
