Hi Sonya you have two choices you can go to UPS which is at 400 West 69th street or you can call 1 800 pick ups and give them your tracking number and I'll track it again with a little finer tracking system UPS is open at 11:30 till 5 I think

I know sometimes with PO boxes and some USPS stuff, it starts with ups then is transferred to the post office.
