Requested a quote for trash services almost 2 months ago and they didn’t even take my info. I called again today for a quote and same issue. There’s customers near me that also say they may pick up once every 2 weeks or if you’re more lucky, once a month. Absolutely worst services ever.

Not reliable. Week or more without trash service. So they get free money and you get no services for money. Management blaming workers for not doing job when management is too lazy to do their job and ensure workers are doing their job. Terrible and should be reported to the BBB for shady work and business ethics.

Pickup service skipped us just about every other week, when they would come they wouldn’t empty the garbage can and would leave half the trash in the street. When I called to bring up the issue and cancel service I was hung up on.

Customers beware of this company they love to take your credit card in advance and charge it for excessive amounts after the fact. They are rude and unorganized The owner has the attitude were the only disposal company around so he could care less if you're a happy customer. There are A couple different disposal companies that opened up for the sole reason of They were previous customers of porters and got taken advantage of also, I highly recommend Moseen go disposal super nice people half the price
