Don't be concerned about the weekend as parking is somewhat plentiful around the hotel. Weekdays are a different story. I'd leave my bags with the bellman and park in a nearby garage. Might be cheaper than a parking ticket.

Pay for Park machines in streets surrounding the hotel. (4 hour limit). After 6pm parking is free in that neighborhood but always double check.

I would look into parking at a garage a few blocks away. It's $5 for over night. Way cheaper than the hotel.

Yes, as was I. So, not saying I have it all worked out but weekends you can ignore the Parking For Residents signs for overnight parking anywhere in the surrounding neighborhood. And on my trips there were easy to find spaces. Week days are a different matter. Very little free overnight, some hour limited metered parking, and very tough to find spaces. It depends on when you arrive but I find with some patience it is possible. As always the front desk / concierge is very helpful and there are modestly price garages.
