No the parking is about $40 per night. You can get $20 over night but its out side.
There's a garage two blocks away thats less than $20 per day - hotel will point you to it.
Depending on what apps you have on your phone you can get free parking and rtd is also a good alternative to use. Most lots near the light rail are first 24 hours free then you pay a fee
No free parking on or off site. Valet is around $40 a night and if you park across the street (the 1st 2 nights I parked in the lot diagonally to the left on Homewood) you pay by the hour, sometime after 5-7pm (not sure the exact time) they offer overnight hours, $25 until 6am ans $27 until 10am. The 1st night I paid until 6am didn't get my car until like 8am but did not receive a ticket. After that I just used valet because it was a hassle trying to wait around to get the overnight rates. Valet is not slow, they give you a number to call and I believe the ticket states to give them at least 10 minutes which is reasonable in my opinion. The hotel will charge you a $100 deposit so may as well just use it for valet.
Do not park across the street. I repeat. Do not park across from the hotel. You are Guaranteed a $75 ticket. Honestly, save yourself the headache. Do onsite parking or you there is free parking other places. May not be very close to the building.
Valet on-site is more than $40 per day and is still quite slow. Off-site paid parking lots are available at varying distances. No free parking.
