Beautiful place. Clean everywhere. Friendly staff, lovely fireplaces. Everything you’d need in the suite.

NEVER AGAIN-there are plenty of hotels in the downtown Denver area, pick another, especially at this price point. First, the water pressure is horrible. Don't expect to take a hot relaxing shower after a long day to help you unwind. One part of my body immediately got cold while standing in the shower; the water pressure is down to a trickle. Second, the noise. There was a tapping coming from the AC unit. Per the staff, sorry, there is nothing they can do. It's coming from outside. Not even offer earplugs. So, no relaxing shower and no peaceful sleep at this place. Lastly, security, or no security is more like it. I was on the 12th floor; around 2:00 am on a Monday, I wake up to the sound of police walkie-talkies, they're escorting a drink guy off the 12th floor that was walking around. Police were called after he tried to enter someone's room. So much for accessing the hotel with only a key card after 8 and only being able to access the elevator with your key card. Most horrifying stay at a Hilton Hotel. Don't even get me started on the customer service. They make you feel as though you're a bother when you call and ask for assistance or when you go to the front counter and ask for directions. Never again!!!! Hilton, you're customer service is slipping and fast!!!

Some maintenance and cleaning issues need to be addressed. The ceiling above the shower was falling off while I was in the shower at the end of my stay (reported to front desk). I also noticed by the end of the trip, I started getting a bunch of bites on my skin (thinking bed bugs). I called the hotel today to report it, and they responded rudely “I don’t know what you want me to do”. There was another post about bed bugs a week ago, so it sounds like this is an ongoing issue.

Valet is $55 parking garage across street is $35 or under ground for $20
Expensive overnight parking rate. You had better use the public parking lot just in front of the hotel.
Yes they do.
Small pots not k-cups
Its about 5 blocks east going on Colfax and has fast food, independently owned restaurants(great eats)big franchise restaurants and the ogden theater plus you have 420 dispensaries all on the longest street in the united states it your looking for city life you found it, people
We found free street parking over a weekend, then pretty inexpensive garage parking about 2 blocks south.
No the parking is about $40 per night. You can get $20 over night but its out side.
Free. The front desk held out bags all day, no problem or fee.
16th Street free mallride and lightrail ($9) is all you need.
