I am on probation through Jacob county but my judge said that I am able to get my med card due to knee pain from surgeries, with a letterhead stating why I was prescribed, does that come at an extra cost? If so how much?

The paperwork you would leave the office with if you were able to be certified would be an official state document that explicitly states the medical reason you were allowed to be approved by the state of Michigan. No extra cost for that a copy of that paperwork. You'll have that for your records

They only care about medical paper work not from a judge, if you have paperwork for the surgery or about what the pain is
