I just moved a friend in here, She loves it! I am also on the waiting list and can't wait for them to call me! I love the apartment and the staff is so friendly and helpful ,especially Laura! Fingers crossed i get call by the time my lease is up at my currant place in October!! I have 2 emotional support cats and they allow them with proper Dr.Letter!! I know I will be so happy and at home at Samaritas!...UPDATE: I got the call! I'm so excited to call this my new home!!! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff!

Office staff treats residents and their families as an inconvenience and have zero compassion. Sends out threatening letters and notices to residents. Borderline abusive. APS should look into this place.
