I came with my son, he suffered a TBI, the process was so easy. The woman at front desk was very kind, patient, and extremely helpful! Dr G is very helpful, he is knowledgeable and informed. I appreciate very much the time he gave to my son before signing the paperwork. He is a very intelligent man and very caring as well. There was a problem with my son's identification, (completely my fault, it was bent and I had taped it where it was cracked so it wasnt clear enough for Lansing). We had to go back for another signature with my son's new ID. We went in as the Dr was leaving, but he came back in to sign the papers for us. That was truly appreciated! Thank you!

Hello, MMJ Certifications charges 90 if you can bring in med records outlining what you're dealing with or 125 for a single application without records. The state of Michigan requires a 60 check or money order to be sent in with paperwork from your office visit. They also require a valid Michigan ID/drivers liscense. Hello! Do you have power of attorney paperwork/caregiver paperwork? If no, he would need to come in and visit with the doc but he would be able to assign you as a caregiver to help manage his medicine. Our Rochester office will be temporarily out of service but we can get you in at our Wixom Michigan office on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays 11am-4pm and Saturdays from 10am-1pm. The paperwork you would leave the office with if you were able to be certified would be an official state document that explicitly states the medical reason you were allowed to be approved by the state of Michigan. No extra cost for that a copy of that paperwork. You'll have that for your records

Definitely bring in medical records regarding what youve been seen or treated for by a doc if you have those available. I would recommend setting an appointment if you have a time in mind at one of our locations because scheduled appointments will take priority over any walk ins throughout the day.
