Can use my state ID with veteran stamp on it to shop at the exchange

If your a military veteran you can sign up online on the website and shop there they have a better selection online

The answer is No. You need an Active duty military ID or a RETIRED not a veterans

It is my experience that the cashiers ask for military identification card whenever you make a purchase. As a matter of fact, you need the afore mentioned military identification card to be admitted on the base. Best to contact the exchange in your area for their rules.
