Please do NOT MOVE HERE the people in the office is HORRIBLE & will put you out for NO REASON Nicole in the office is horrible she put you out even if you pay your rent the building is outdated the elevators never work pool is small and dirty the ceilings downstairs is falling in the gets all this money a month and never fixes nothing maintenance is horrible only good thing about it is is there is rent is cheap do not move here you will regret it

I lived at Metro Tower Apartments for two years. In this period, I never worried about my safety and security. My packages always reached me without any issues. Besides, the management and maintenance were always professional. When I requested a maintenance, John came within 30 minutes and solved my problems in a short time. He is absolutely the best! The only bad side of the place was the fire alarms and elevator problems, which happened once a year. Other than these, this place is an affordable, safe and pleasant place to live. Thank you so much to the management and maintenance staff for making my life easier in the past two years. So, definitely recommended for anyone who is looking for an apartment around this location!

If you’re looking for something cheap, look no further . You definitely get what you pay for. Apartment is outdated , elevators always going out , power always going out , if you work late nights , good luck with parking . Mailboxes can be opened without the key , the hallway always smells horrible, pool is disgusting. VERY SMALL.. it’s like living in a box. Everything is cheaply made or rigged up , and when you move they’ll charge you when it’s THEIR fault. I do not recommend staying here , unless you have no other choice . Great for a single person that works all the time & is barely home . If you have a Family or are handicapped I don’t recommend staying at this piece of trash.

Price is great. Maintenance is superb. Always on top of things with one phone call. Pool is well maintained in the summer. The only downside is occasionally the elevators go down but are generally quickly taken care of. And a little more than I would like, the fire alarms go off. Otherwise a great place for the price. Close to Metro Beach and other shopping and right off the freeway.
