After January 1st 2020 if You are a disabled veteran and your VA health card says you are then you can shop any military commissary.
If your veteran card says that you have commissary and exchange privileges, then you can shop on base.
They are open today (Sunday 21 January), Tuesday and Wednesday - after that they will be closed until the shutdown is over!
