The commissary is something that veterans or other people that's in the armed forces it's a real huge supermarket they have a liquor department with all kind of alcohols some discounted some regular but you don't have to pay taxes then it got a little department store where they sell clothes TVs household appliances they have a little sporting good area as well but you have to have some type of military ID card to get on the base and it has to be an active card people who retire from the Army can can get a card and go on the base if you are 100% disabled you can get a ID card and go on the base you can go on any military base in the United States that has commissary and lodging so if you know anybody who fit those qualifications tell them to call their local Veterans Administration and they will get all the information that they need good luck
