You need official documentation with your social security number on it, automobile registratio,insurance, photo id and VA id stating service connected. You have to stop at the building outside the base to register. You can shop the same day.
You should be able to. They changed the eligibility criteria to include veterans. You should be able to enter the base with your va id.
