Apartments are dated and over priced. The office staff is terrible. Nasty attitudes. No understanding or acknowledgment of pandemic and inflation issues. Would suggest looking elsewhere.

Just moved in. I love my townhome. The only problem I’m having is keeping my temperature regulated in the house. It gets warm downstairs, but both rooms upstairs are freezing. Kim helped me and she was nice.

They do NOT accommodate for low income. I'm a disabled single mother who lived at Beechwood for 3 years. I paid my rent on time every month and neither I nor my daughter created any problems for management or staff whatsoever. However in 2013 "new owners" took over and I was given a 45 day notice to vacate when my lease was up simply because I was on a low income program which they were no longer accepted. In my opinion it's a sad discriminatory practice within the housing industry which makes it increasingly difficult for low income families to find a decent place to live in Macomb and Oakland County. And even when you are lucky enough to find a decent place 9x out of 10 "new owners" come in and decide they're gonna get rid of all the "riff raff" that being, those less fortunate than others...it's a truly sad situation that's quite sickening. Only water. Its a flat rate of 39.00 per month. We use DTE for power and Consumers Energy for gas.
