Came at 6 on Wednesday , empty parking lot. Parked the car, and the guy with ticket running and ask to pay $12 . Nobody in the restaurant, empty parking lot. I don’t think I need to pay $12 parking for 40 min dining . I could understand when it is a weekend, then I have no problem for someone to park for me , but when I park myself in empty lot, no way Went to eat to a different a place
