If your appointment is at 3:00, you'll be lucky to be seen by 4:00. I understand that issues come up, but every single time I have to wait at least an hour over my appointment time just to be seen by the doctor. They have neither understanding nor appreciation for their patients' time.

Like another poster said , their billing is unethical. They charge 2 fees , one for the doctor and another one for the hospital because it is a hospital clinic. The problem is they don't inform you of these extra charges when you make an appointment. I was going to see an in network provider for a physical which my insurance covers 100% but noticed the paper work before my appointment about these extra charges that the receptionist confirmed I would get these 2extra bills for the facility fee and another for the doctor. I wrote this review to prevent others from wasting their time and gas.

Beautiful environment .. the docs and lab folks are very attentive .. there is a bit of tardiness when it comes to expediting services however .. I waited 20 minutes to get that pain shot I desperately needed .. but once you are in the sights and they get focused on you, it’s all ok. But getting to that place can be a little lazy and frustrating .. still, they deliver ultimately ..
