Me and my wife first came here in 2019 looking for help to get pregnant and it worked! We got blessed with a healthy baby boy. We are glad that we chose this clinic, they are very friendly very professional and very helpful, not once have we felt out of place they answered every question we could think of. Now we are back in hopes of having a healthy baby girl, so far so great! We definitely recommend this clinic! Forever grateful.

My partner and I came for a consultation here last week. When we got there, we were asked to wait in the waiting room for a few minutes. Eventually, someone came out and ushered us in. This person who ushered us in didn't introduce themselves, nor did they welcome us to the facility. I would later find out that we were talking to Dr. Semara Thomas (based on the name plate on her desk), who didn't even bother to introduce herself. The first question she asked before we could be seated was "How can I help you?" This is a fertility clinic. I think everyone has the same goal here. My partner and I both already felt put off by this doctor's "introduction" before we even sat down, so we didn't answer the question. When we finally took our seats, my partner proceeded to engage the doctor by asking a question which she ignored. Instead, she repeated her original question this time a little more bluntly, "How can I help you?" At this point, I knew this consultation was not going to be very helpful for us. Dr. Thomas continued the consult peppering my partner with question after question, not fully stopping to really understand our unique situation. We spent a maximum of 5 minutes with Dr. Thomas, and both of us couldn't have gotten out of there quicker. Dr. Quintero, I know this is your facility. Perhaps you need to review with Dr. Thomas best practices with customers. She clearly needs to learn some manners.

I went to Care fertility after 1 yr of trying with a different clinic and spending money but saw no results , I went to Care fertility and Dr. SEMARA THOMAS took Care of me she was so professional and warm to talk to, the whole staff really took good care of me. After covid19 my dream came true and I became pregnant, I am on my 6 month of pregnancy. Dr. Semara Thomas is dream maker. I highly recommend Care fertility

(**Posted this for the upland location, but I obviously used the Glendale one too, so I wanted to repost it here as well.) My husband and I had been trying to grow our family since we first got married 4 years ago. We tried another fertility clinic that I believe took us on a ride for our money. Then I found CARE fertility, the staff is extremely nice, welcoming and have a lot of patience ( trust me I’m a control freak.) Dr. Q was very honest with us from the beginning and so was his staff. We developed a game plan and they held my hand every step of the way. From Nancy’s friendly face greeting me when I come in, to having access to my AMAZING coordinator Cristina almost all the time. The financial staff was also great. Flori got my insurance to cover as much as they could, and Myra was great in breaking down the packages and how my loan would be disbursed. The care that I received from the surgical team was beyond my expectations. Seriously, I’ve had 2 surgeries at 2 different Kaisers and CARE fertility’s post op care was 100 times better!!! CARE fertility is an all around amazing place and I am happy to say that my husband and I are now expecting twins. We are so blessed to have found CARE fertility.
