My iPhone X takes over a hour to update it didn’t use to take that long when I first got in 2017 I keep getting a pop up message several times a hour. Does anyone else have this problem or any suggestions?

I don't have that issue, but if it really is a problem for you then that it to the Apple store and let them take a look at it.
