I bought my mom a birthday massage experience. My mom said the massage was AMAZING. She actually has been talking about the massage for the past week! LOL She said she felt comfortable and the best she felt in a long time. My mom works in an automotive factory and is on her feet all day. She said she felt rejuvenated. No pics. No videos. Mom's stamp of approval... Priceless :)

This place and all the Massage Luxe locations are complete trash. I called and let them know I would be at my 12pm appointment 10 min late and they said okay thats fine. When I got there they started my 60 min massage at 12:20. Midway through she asked if I wanted to add 30 mins for additional time I said sure. I got out at 1:18pm. When I came out I asked them why was I let out early. They said the 10 mins I got there late was counted towards my 60 min (she also confirmed that “60 min massage is 50 min and 90 min massage is 80 min”) so I said okay I started at 12:20pm 80 min would be 1:30. She mumbled and went back to the excuse of me coming in 10 min late. I used to go to other mom and pops and I loved them but I tried this place out and it was absolutely the worst experience of my life. My masseuse was rubbing my back. No pressure no full body. Trust me when I say you want to go here. You want to go to an establishment that’s wants you happy. I prepaid for 4 sessions and they won’t give me a refund. All in all DO NOT GO HERE. Another note I went to the West bloomfield location because I have credits but they supposedly didn’t book my appt. Trust me I love massages and self care is huge to me. It’s trash. I wouldn’t lie to y’all. MASSAGE LUXE IS THE WORST FRANCHISE EVER
