Bugs! Don't come here! Response: Told ownership. Even if you find a bug everyday they'll only spray for bugs once every three months. Exterminators acknowledge that the building is infested but are just managing things..

We have lived here since July. Unfortunate surprise continue to occur. The bumps and holes under the carpet continue to become more noticeable and we no longer walk barefoot in the apartment. No Wi-Fi whatsoever in the bedroom and AT&T states it is because of the material in the walls. When management heard this they brushed it off but we spoke with neighbours and we are not the only ones. Since the bedroom windows are ground level the railing is ALWAYS full of dirt and grass ( we clean it every three days). We have had 3 outages in the three months we’ve been here. Our fridge is making noises and management said they would fix it and nothing .And the office hours are for show only. I have called 15 times on different occasions this month alone with no answer at all. The ponds and view is no longer making this place worth it.

Please do not move to first floor apartments. Kindly refer to my review. I just don't want you to go through same suffering i went through. That's it. Its your call at last. i have already started looking for other apartments (avoiding Edward Rose totally as same management)
