Everyone was extremely helpful, and made me feel welcome and in good hands! I had 2 procedures (colonoscopy and EGD), and I'm not sure if I could have been in better hands. From the nurse who only had to poke me once for my IV with my small veins, to the anesthesiologist doctor and the nurse who checked me in, to the nurse who greeted me when I awoke and wheeled me to my waiting driver. Everyone in the outpatient surgery room made me feel safe and taken care of as well! Thank you, everyone ❣️

Shaking my head, and rolling my eyes!!!!! Every place has bad days. But they seem to be quite often here. Plus side, most of the staff are pleasant.

You can have the Rn call security. They will bag and lock up your items and give you an itemized receipt. Just call them when you are ready to leave and they will bring you your things.
