I went to Concentra in Novi for a physical required by an employer. I went there around 4 and was done by closing time. Considering that this is an urgent care I felt that everyone was efficient and professional. The doctor and every other member of the team were kind and had an easygoing manner. All things co considered it was pretty painless.

Well Phil did you know that the Grand River location is one of busiest around I went there for a drug screen and had no problems when you are that busy people need to have a little more patience I'm sure they would love to have everyone in and out of there in 15 minutes.
