So far my experience with the Springs Apartment Homes has been excellent. With my first few weeks here, the minor maintenance requests I had were fixed within a few hours/ guaranteed next day. I love the 3rd floor cathedral ceilings along with a pond view and the new smart locks are great security. The leasing office is attentive to any situations brought up and Olivia is a fantastic manager. I would definitely suggest the Springs Apartments Homes.

I recommend you call headquarters… go into the leasing office and as for the headquarter’s phone number. They should be able to help you with matters out of the control of the leasing office. Unfortunately, the leasing office can only support with certain items, for specific matters, headquarters. Good luck.
Kroger less than 1/2 mile away. Couple of Walmarts and a Meijer's, all about 4-5 miles away.
