I'm looking for apartment recently. I kept tracking Pavilion, because there are so many availability here. Before I make decisions, I read each reviews here, I noticed that at least two tenants mentioned that they could not move in on the prmissed date. For me, this is a big red flag. If this happened, that means I have no anywhere to go on the move-in date. What could I do, if I have this problem? Living the hotel until they have an availability? Rent anywhere with the compromising high rent value? With these questions, I tracked all the availability date of Pavilion on Zillow website. This question did exist. For example, Unit 13-106, on August 2022, it showed this apartment will be available on Sep10 2022. Today is Sep20th 2022, if it's still there, it should show available now. However, now it shows Available Oct 29 2022. There are so many examples like this. Any potential tenants should be careful with this problem. Good luck!

very bad management and apartments. Never respond to maintenance requests and send in movement statements with unwanted charges listed in them. Request for correction are never given consideration.

There’s lack of communication in the management. So many issues talk all about. First the apartment was filthy so expect to come in and spend the day cleaning instead of moving your stuff. Second there was so many things not done yet when we moved in and they didn’t tell us about them until move in day! If we had known before we would’ve reconsidered our move here. They installed the washer and dryer same day of our move in and the did it wrong. All our laundry was coming out hot instead of cold and they ruined a lot of our clothe. Third, they said they wanted to replace the counter top in the kitchen because it’s so worn out and in terrible condition but they couldn’t get an appointment to do it until a month later. So we said it’s fine and we’d wait. The day of our appointment we were not at home and we had to lock our cats in the bedroom all day because they said we have to be out of the house for 4 hours after the countertop was “glazed” (it was supposed to be replaced not glazed that’s what we agreed on at first) and no one showed up! so we call them to see why and then someone from the office calls us and ask why we wanted it glazed! They had no idea what was going on! We’re not the ones requesting the replacement they should’ve done that before we moved in! Tbh I’m tired of calling and asking when our appointment is and when they’re coming in. Fourth, our microwave was not working and we were suppose to be on the waitlist to get a new one. 2 month passed and they never send us one, we had yo buy a small one. We had maintenance over fixing door knob and he was the one who ordered the new microwave for us and installed it the next day. Maybe the maintenance guy should work in management! Fifth, we had mold in the bathroom shower on the door and it took them a month and a half to send someone to fix it. All this stuff was suppose to be done before we moved in! If we had known we will be facing so many issues we would’ve move in somewhere else (we had other apartment complex ready for us to move in but unfortunately we chose pavilion court apartment) We will not renew our lease here next year.
